My name is Jaclyn Lisa (Jax), I am a multidisciplinary artist, born in a tiny little town called Tokoroa, NZ, raised beach side in Australia, now living and creating on Worimi Land, Aus.
My art is a reflection of the natural world i’ve been lucky enough to call home.

Ochre & Ro is a dedication to both land and spirit. Ochre ~ Pronounced Oh-Kar, being of the Earth and Ro short for Rora, my Great Grandmother, being of spirit and the connection to my tupuna (ancestors). 

My art is inspired by both of these, deeply rooted in nature and love for all that walks beside us, Plants, Trees, Fungi and Atua.
